1. By entering, entrants agree to abide by these contest rules and regulations, which shall be final and binding.

2. Participation in these contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. The requested information includes contact information such as name shipping address and email address. After completion of a contest all personal information received is erased from our records. We also will not share any personally identifiable information you provide through a contest with any third parties.

3. Only one entry per person per week. You may re-enter contest every week. Multiple entries by the same person per week will be disqualified from contest.

4. The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.

5. The decisions of our weekly winner is final. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these rules and regulations, our decisions and/or interpretations shall prevail.

6. This contest is only available to Canadian residents.

7. By entering this contest, the contestant agrees to these contest rules and regulations and shall release CarMechanic.ca and each of their respective suppliers, affiliates, officers, directors,agents and employees from any and all liability, damages, loss , or causes of action with respect to or arising out of participation in this contest, or the receipt or use of the prize awarded.

8. CarMechanic.ca and their agents are not responsible for technical, internet, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, which may limit the ability to participate or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the contest.

9. Any attempt to tamper with the entry process, interfere with the contest rules and regulations, deliberately damage any web site or undermine the demonstration, security or legitimate operation of the contest, could be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and CarMechanic.ca reserves the right to seek damages and/or other relief from all persons responsible for such acts to the fullest extent permitted by law, which may include banning or disqualifying entrants from this and future contests.

10. The winner of the contest will receive the prize in a timely manner. Canada Post will be the official carrier for the prize. The winner will have NO cost for receiving the prize.

11. The contest will be drawn every Friday afternoon. The deadline for entry will be every Friday, 4:00 pm Eastern Time.

12. Entrants will not be individually contacted, except for declared winners, who will be contacted by telephone and/or e-mail.

13. The declared winner must aggree to have their name, city and Province posted on the contest page. The information will only be posted for one week.

14. CarMechanic.ca reserves the right , at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to amend, cancel, suspend or reinstate this contest at any time and for any reason.

15. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.
